WHAT IS WHEELS FOR WORK?
Wheels for Work is a program for young people in Albany aged 16 to 24 years who need assistance with obtaining or completing their WA Learner driver Log Book driving hours.
It provides FREE use of a safe dual control manual vehicle for you to drive, alongside a qualified companion driver. We ask that, if you are able to, you chip in for your fuel. Before contacting Wheels for Work you
MUST already have your ’L’ Plates and you MUST be intending to obtain
a WA ‘C’ Class (Unrestricted) licence. That means a Manual licence!
Your referring agency MUST also be able to provide a suitably qualified companion driver, in order to make you a booking. Participants are required to provide ID as well as contact and next-of-kin details.
